"Network States" are interesting, but they're going to need tools for spatial coordination. Web2's maps aren't going to cut it.

In so far as air miles and credit card points predated widespread use of decentralized monies like bitcoin, I believe Disney World and Googleplex will predate the rise of decentralized Network States.
